Our Story

Born in 2019. Relaunched for 2026.

The PHARMA Gorilla was born in 2019, when The Conference Gorilla (TCG) brought together pharmaceutical professionals for focused conferences in Mumbai and Singapore. We saw firsthand that the biggest opportunities in pharma emerge when different disciplines — discovery, regulation, manufacturing, business, policy — share one room.

After pausing during the global pandemic, we're relaunching The PHARMA Gorilla with a broader vision. The pharmaceutical landscape has transformed: AI is reshaping drug discovery, mRNA technology has proven its power, decentralized trials are becoming standard, and the global conversation about drug pricing and access has never been louder.

The PHARMA Gorilla is now a year-round platform — conferences, publications, awards, a global directory, and a digital community — for every professional who touches the pharmaceutical value chain.
